Troubleshoot connection issues

There are two cases in which this error can happen:

1. The random IP you've been assigned is bad.
Solution: Disconnect and reconnect to the VPN. Close and re-open Netflix or the app you are trying to access.

2. Netflix, Hulu or another app you're trying to open has saved cache of your local IP
Solution: Disconnect from our VPN. Close all your opened apps. Go to Android Settings - Apps - Find the app you're trying to access - Delete cache - then reopen USA Residential VPN, connect to the VPN and then open the app you're trying to access.

We have a pool of over 10,000 different IPs, however it may happen that an IP goes bad or the service is offline. Please check our website frequently if you encounter such error.

In that case, we strongly suggest you disconnect and reconnect to the VPN in order to be assigned a new IP. Another reason for slow connections is usually your Wifi network - you can try connecting to the VPN via your 4G/5G mobile network and then switch to Wifi.
